POGMENT

World's First Triple-Helix Biomimetic Collagen ECM Regenerative Material

The third generation of biomimetic collagen after animal-extracted and recombinant collagen

Three Generations of Collagen Preparation

World's first triple-helix biomimetic collagen ECM

Animal Extraction

Risk of viral transmission and immunogenicity; poor solubility; hard to modify specifically; has a triple-helix structure

Genetic Recombination

Scalable manufacturing; proline is hard to hydroxylate site-specifically, lacking hydroxyproline; usually no triple-helix structure

Biomimetic Synthesis

Latest-generation collagen; biomimetic, non-immunogenic, easy to handle and functionalize; stable triple-helix structure

Materials Science

POGMENT Triple-Helix Biomimetic Collagen ECM

Amino acid sequences precisely recreate the native collagen Gly-X-Y repeat. 300 kV cryo-EM confirms stable self-assembled fiber bundles—from a single peptide chain to nanoscale fiber networks, from aqueous polymerization to self-crosslinking gels. LivingPHOENIX has ended both the risks of animal extraction and the structural gaps of recombinant collagen.

Animal-free. Virus-free. Non-immunogenic. Survives 121°C moist-heat terminal sterilization. Epithelialization up to 12× bovine collagen and 8.13× recombinant collagen.

This is not an upgrade of recombinant collagen—it is collagen coming home. Regeneration starts with the right structure.

Application Fields

Built on triple-helix biomimetic collagen, five material platforms—liquid, self-crosslinked, co-crosslinked, smart gelation, and biomimetic composites—serve medical devices, cosmetics, and tissue regeneration.

Liquid triple-helix biomimetic collagen ECM
Liquid Triple-Helix Biomimetic Collagen ECM — Formulation-Friendly — Supports injection / lyophilized reconstitution, compatible with moist-heat sterilization; suits Class II/III devices and cosmetics.
Self-crosslinked triple-helix biomimetic collagen ECM
Self-Crosslinked Triple-Helix Biomimetic Collagen ECM — In Situ Regenerative Network — No exogenous crosslinker; porous structure promotes vascular ingrowth for facial contouring and cartilage repair.
Co-crosslinked triple-helix biomimetic collagen ECM
Co-Crosslinked Triple-Helix Biomimetic Collagen ECM — Mechanics & Bioactivity Balance — Full-spectrum mechanical customization with strong anti-degradation for sports injuries and load-bearing joints.
Smart-gelation triple-helix biomimetic collagen ECM
Smart-Gelation Triple-Helix Biomimetic Collagen ECM — Minimally Invasive In Situ Forming (R&D) — Thermo/pH dual response: inject as liquid, gel in situ within <10 min at body temperature for burns, ulcers, and post-aesthetic care.
Biomimetic composite triple-helix collagen ECM
Biomimetic Composite Triple-Helix Collagen ECM — Multi-Component Synergy — Combined with bioceramics / conductive polymers / HA to actively guide bone, nerve, vessel, and corneal regeneration.
